Iyengar yoga is used to help mitigate and reduce common ailments and conditions. This methodology can be used for pre-hab and rehabilitation from injury and ailments, chronic conditions and overall fatigue. It is considered therapeutic by nature of its anatomical application.
Each session is custom designed. Through the use of questionnaires and surveys, a yoga "recipe" can be designed to aid and change many common physical and mental conditions.
These sessions are shorter in nature, and offered as a tool for an adaptable “Practice-at-home” regiment.
